Your Camera requires a secure network to work and keep your data safe. Therefore, it is not possible to use it in public Wi-Fi networks (HotSpot) or through enterprise Wi-Fi networks that filter ports.
The Camera is compatible with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n if the security configuration of the network is open, WEP, WPA or WPA2-personal.
