Got any questions? We've got the answer: "HOUSTON, WE HAVE A SOLUTION"

My Wi-Fi device often has offline problems. How can I troubleshoot possible problems?

  • Device status check: Ensure the device is in normal startup mode and at an appropriate distance from the router to avoid signal interference.

  • Troubleshooting network connection Issues: Try using a mobile hotspot to connect the device to rule out the impact of network issues on the device going offline.

  • Router status check: In case of router power outage or disconnection, try restarting the device; if the router has been changed or Wi-Fi information updated, reconfigure the device connection; if the router is overloaded, reduce the number of connected devices to observe the device connection status.

  • Firmware update verification: Verify if the device's firmware has been recently updated, as a firmware upgrade could lead to network interruptions.

  • Consider hardware issues: If the problem persists, it may be due to hardware failure. It is recommended to contact the seller or manufacturer for professional after-sales advice.
