Got any questions? We've got the answer: "HOUSTON, WE HAVE A SOLUTION"

The battery of my Wireless surveillance camera is draining quickly

Battery drainage, especially for wireless camera, depends on the frequency of movement detection by the camera. With around 10 detections per day, the battery can last for several months. However, if the camera detects hundreds of events daily, such as cars passing on a road, the battery life will decrease significantly.

To address this issue, you can either reposition the camera to avoid monitoring the road or adjust the detection zone settings to exclude the road from its detection radius.

As a suggestion, after unpacking the camera, it's a good practice to charge it to 100% before its first use to ensure optimal performance and battery longevity.
