Where can I download the Omajin app?
On your Android device, go to the Apps section:
• Press Google Play Store
• Enter the name of the Omajin app in the search bar
• Once you've selected the app, press Install
On your iOS device, go to the Apps section:
• Open the App Store app
• Click on the Search button to find the Omajin app
• Press Get to install it
A recent Android version with access to Google Play is recommended.
How do I connect to the Omajin app?
1. If you have an App account, tap Log in with Existing Account to enter the login page.
2. Use the country or region that the system automatically identifies and displays or manually select a country or region. Enter your registered email address and the password and tap Log In. If you have not registered an App account use your email to create your account.

How to add device by scanning the QR code?
Please follow the instructions below:
- Confirm that your device supports QR code network configuration: On the device network configuration page, click the button in the upper right corner to switch the network configuration method (default is Wi-Fi Quick Connect or hotspot network configuration), and confirm in the drop-down menu whether there is a QR code network configuration method.
- If not, it means that your device does not support network configuration by scanning QR codes (the QR code on the product packaging or on the device is generally for downloading the App, not for device network configuration).
If your device supports QR code network configuration, you can select the QR code network configuration method and scan the QR code on the device for network configuration. If the scan fails, you can also enter the device number below the QR code for network configuration.
The scan function in the upper right corner of the "Add Device" page is not used for network configuration. This function is only for IoT product developers to assist in debugging the device. If you are not a device developer, you cannot add the device to the App using this function.
How to create scenarios among Omajin devices?
First of all, please click on the Omajin application. Afterwards, please follow steps below:
1. Select the scene button
2. Select the automation button
3. Click on the + button to create a scene
4. Select conditions ( if →then) from the displayed list and the device/s they are applied to. Lastly, click the save button to confirm
How do I block notifications for a specific period?
1. Choose Me
2. Setting (tap the gear icon in the upper right corner)
3. App Notification,
4. On the Notifications Settings page that appears, tap Do-Not-Disturb Schedule. If you are setting the schedule for the first time, you must first add a device for which you want to enable this feature.
I don't receive any notifications.
You need to ensure that all notifications for the app are enabled in the device settings, that notifications are also enabled within the app's settings, and that the phone is not set to silent or do not disturb mode.
Additionally, it may be helpful to check if any specific notification permissions are required and make sure those are granted.
