Does my Wireless surveillance camera have the facial recognition ? What does it detect?
There is no facial recognition on this camera. Camera only has human body filter, which makes the camera to focus on shapes that are human or human-like. Therefore, it would not notify you if for example the car would pass by.
Does my Wireless surveillance camera have a speaker and microphone?
Yes, the Wireless Security Camera has a speaker and microphone
Will my Wireless surveillance camera run on mains power?
Yes, the Wireless Security Camera is fitted with a battery for wireless operation, but it can also be plugged into the mains.
Why does my Wireless surveillance camera only record short videos and not 24/7 ?
The camera is powered by batteries and recording drains the battery quite quickly. That´s why this camera only records in case of motion detection. This way, the battery can stay charged for a few months rather than days.
No false alarms! No more 43 motion detection notifications a day when you've got a cat at home! Our wireless surveillance camera distinguishes between human and animal movements and alerts you only when necessary. Less stress, just the essentials.
Does the Wireless surveillance camera support night vision?
Yes, our camera is equipped with advanced night vision, enabling it to capture clear images even in total darkness up to a distance of 10 metres.
Does the Wireless Surveillance Camera have an alarm?
No, the Wireless Surveillance Camera is not equipped with an alarm. It does, however, have a loudspeaker and a two-way microphone so you can talk from your smartphone.
Is my Wireless surveillance camera supplied with outdoor lights?
This camera is equipped with two types of lights: infrared (IR) lights and white floodlights. You can select your preferred lighting for night vision:
• Infrared Mode: This traditional black-and-white night vision mode uses only IR lights to illuminate the area. The camera employs IR CUT lenses to convert the live feed to black and white. IR lights are powerful, but the video feed may become oversaturated if other light sources are present.
• Color Mode: This mode uses white floodlights to illuminate the area, allowing the video feed to display in color.
What is a PIR sensor?
Products with motion detectors can be divided into two categories: digital detection and physical detection. Digital motion detection is based on the camera continuously emitting streams. When the video software detects movement, it can warn you. However, this method lacks precision and can lead to false alarms, particularly for outdoor cameras.
The PIR sensor (infrared sensor) offers a simple solution to this problem. Every object, human, animal, etc., emits a specific infrared wavelength. The PIR sensor detects variations in these wavelengths and, as soon as it detects one, transmits the information to the device to which it is connected. This technology is widely used for alarm and lighting systems.
By integrating this sensor into our cameras, we can achieve
What is the black rectangle in front of my Wireless surveillance camera for?
Under the black-side rectangle, there are PIR sensor and IR LEDs. This enables you to get night vision and to detect movements.
What do the front-side warning lights of my Wireless surveillance camera mean? Red, blue, etc.
This "warning" LEDs is signalize status of camera (NO Wi-Fi, looking for Wi-Fi, connect to Wi-Fi, etc.
Status light:
• The LED is red: the network settings are not connected.
• The LED flashes red: the camera is preparing to connect to a Wi-Fi network.
• The LED flashes red quickly: you are now connecting to a Wi-Fi network.
• The LED is blue: the camera is working properly.
What is the IP rating of my Wireless surveillance camera?
IP rating is IP65 and yes, its is waterproof.
Is it possible to hide or block out areas in the Camera's settings, especially if a road is visible?
